Structure Condition Assessment Reports

A structure condition assessment is commonly utilized to establish or assist in the alteration of a building’s use, to determine code compliance, to assist in the sale or purchase of a property, an evaluation of life safety issues, determining serviceability or durability, and often times for historic preservation. A structure condition assessment is also used for a number of specific cause and origin purposes from evaluating the condition of a structure from damage caused by natural disasters, deliberate or accidental event, age, or exposure. Other causes of damage may include construction or material defects and design deficiencies.
